Mayo Engineering LTD β SCADA Optimization & Industrial Automation Support
CGAT supported the maintenance and optimization of a C#-based SCADA system used in a metal foundry environment, integrated with Beckhoff PLC-controlled robotic production processes. The project focused on troubleshooting software issues, improving process stability, and supporting production performance.
Initial situation
CGAT supported the maintenance and optimization of a C#-based SCADA system used in a metal foundry environment, integrated with Beckhoff PLC-controlled robotic production processes. The project focused on troubleshooting software issues, improving process stability, and supporting production performance.
Business problem
Mayo Engineering LTD required technical support for an industrial SCADA system operating in a metal foundry environment. The system was developed in C# and worked together with Beckhoff PLC-controlled robotic equipment. The primary goal of the project was to identify and resolve software-related production issues that affected the stability and efficiency of the manufacturing line. CGAT supported the analysis of the existing system, investigated operational problems, and contributed to improvements in the production workflow. The work focused on practical industrial problem solving: debugging, communication between systems, process analysis, and performance-oriented optimization. As a result of the improvements, the production process became significantly more stable, and the line achieved a major performance increase. This project demonstrates CGATβs ability to work not only with traditional web systems, but also with industrial environments where software reliability directly affects production output.
